Through the entire framing process, from the consultation to when you pick it up or we deliver it, the care of your art and the quality of the framing display are our priorities.
We will store your art in a manner to prevent damage while we wait for your framing components. Your art never leaves our store, and high-value art is locked in a secure space. If we damage your art, we will do our best to try to repair the damage, find a replacement, or make suitable arrangements with you.
If you are unhappy with your framing order, we will work with you to redo the work, or replace components that are unsatisfactory. Changes to mat or frames sizes may incur additional fees.

Once we begin the process of assembling your framing order, we will take care to ensure your art is handled properly, and your mats, frame and glass are not damaged. If we damage any framing components purchased from us, we will replace it as quickly as we can and continue with assembling your order.
If your framed art has fallen, we will recommend a new frame instead of repairing the existing frame. We cannot repair polystyrene (plastic molded) frames. Due to safety concerns, we will only cut glass we supply. We will not modify mats that are already window-cut to make the opening larger. If we damage framing components that you supply, we will do our best to find an equal replacement or something that looks visually similar. You will be notified if anything happens and what we will do to repair or replace the framing components.
We will use the appropriate hangers for your art and framing display. Please follow appropriate hanging instructions for your art. We cannot be responsible for modifications to our hardware or wiring, or how it was displayed or hung. If your art falls and gets damaged, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you with any repairs or replacement parts. Repairs for damage related to display, hanging or wear and tear may incur additional fees.
We recommend that all art that is framed without glass be properly varnished against UV damage. We only recommend Tru Vue glass or acrylic that is 99% UV protective. Even visible light may damage artwork over time, and some printing or photography reproduction processes and substrates do not withstand damage from visible light. Please consider the value, uniqueness, and materials of your art when deciding which components to select in your framing order, and where to hang or display it. Our framer will present you with the best options to preserve your art for as long as possible.
Refunds are available only on framing components that have not been ordered, or labor that has not been completed. Please allow us the opportunity to make you a happy customer with a beautiful frame design.
